• Candidate and employer engagement terms (separately documented in the signed MSA for paying clients)
• Limitation of liability and warranty disclaimers
• Governing law — to be specified by Prosigns legal
• How changes to these terms will be communicated

Engaging with us as an employer

Commercial engagements are governed by a separate Master Services Agreement, not this page. You will always receive and counter-sign an MSA before any paid engagement begins. No charges, no surprises.

Candidates

As documented on the Candidate Rights page and throughout this site, candidates never pay Uplyft Talent any fee. If anyone ever requests a fee from you in our name, it is a scam. Report it to candidate-rights@uplyft.pk.
